A Ketubah is a Jewish marriage contract, written in Aramaic, setting out the commitment a husband makes to his new wife. This important document belongs to the woman and she is obliged to know where it is at all times.
Couples may choose to have their Ketubah specially handwritten and illustrated so that it can be framed and hung on the wall of their home.
Yolanda Rosalki, designer of beautiful and individual Ketubot, will be delighted to give 10% of her affordable fee to Shaare Zedek for every Ketubah commissioned through our newsletter or website.
New couples are therefore able to acquire an exclusive and personal piece of art - whether traditional, modern or abstract - and give tzedaka to mark their happy occasion at the same time.
